Dodge Demon Test & Tune at the Yello Belly

After leaving Cedar Creek Dragway I decided that I wouldn’t let my experience there get in the way of what I had set out to do. I made my way to the Yello Belly Drag Strip to test the 17 inch wheels and the tires and practice fine tuning my transbrake and launch control launches. The guys at the Yello Belly did their best to prep the track and attempt to dead hook the Demon so I could lift the front wheels off the ground. What we found was the sticky tires was lifting chunks of rubber off the track instead of the front wheels. The people and staff at the Yello Belly were a lot friendlier and welcoming. They even had city marshals working the track for extra safety and security. There’s no place like home.

Special Thanks to SRTMush for letting me use his video.

Thanks to my friend Paul for letting me use his 17 inch wheels and tires and helping with advice on getting the car to hook up on the track.

Thanks to my buddy Steve for helping me with the tires, and my wife for hanging with me.

Shoutout to my homeboy Darrell Steens who came to the track showing support for Demonology.
